Our Mission
Every dispute is different. Before deciding on a strategy, it is important to understand the client’s goals, the available options, and the practical realities of the situation. You are hiring a lawyer for advice, not decisions. Jack’s role is to explain the available paths, identify the risks and benefits of each, and help clients make informed decisions that serve their interests and objectives.
Philosophy
Litigation can be expensive, time-consuming, and disruptive. When a practical solution exists, it should be explored. At the same time, meaningful settlement discussions often occur only when both sides are prepared for the possibility that a dispute may not settle. When a case is over, it is the clients, not the lawyers, who must live with the outcome.
